If NDTV decided to interview random people in a US city, asking them to identify the photo of India's newly elected prime minister, are they doing it to make a point (that most would not be able to)?
Are they forgetting the fact that Jay Leno, the TV host, has done dozens of these surveys, week after week, with some hilarious results?
Show an average American the photographs of the German Chancellor Angela Merkel, the UK Prime Minister David Cameron, or the President of PRC, Xi Jinping. What would be the probability of them identifying them correctly? They are more likely to identify the other Modi, actor Kal Penn (original name: Kalpesh Modi)!
Does that, in any way, make the head of our state any less significant?
When the previous premiers chose to address a select group of invitees in a brief press conference at the 5 star hotel they were staying at, Narendra Modi has reached out to a large number of people, and has spoken wisely and from his heart. Regardless of the extent of concrete outcomes and tangible results coming out of this visit, it's a great journey so far. Let's come out of our slave mentality and negative thoughts and collectively work towards nation building.
Aperson could not have asked for more, perfect answers to Pakistan,he has shown that India is a force to be reckoned with in future. If he had mentioned the growing human population it would have been better.

But I'm happy that you take the time to read my jokes and feel the need to write something, anything! hahaha
For sure, Mr. Modi is giving his best with all of his honesty and sincerity..challenges are there..it is not that easy to eradicate hundreds of years of physical, psychological, economical and political slavery of ours.all we need to do is call a black a black and white a white...and not criticize for the heck of it
How many of the people gathered in Madison Square were Americans? All were Desi NRI. It is a joke that America is interested about Modi. I was watching a report yesterday at NDTV where a reported was asking people randomly on the streets of New York whether they could identify the person on the picture. Nobody was able to identify who was Modi, except the Indians. He got an audience of 3/4 of the capacity at UN, whereas Germany and Russia who sent only their foreign ministers got full audience at UN. This shows the reality of Modi's popularity in the international arena. Anybody who disagrees here with me is a Modi supporter without a brain.

My problem is when I see my fellow Indians are showing signs that they have lost their brain, that gives me pains, because I know India has three thousands years of glorious history of knowledge and intellectuality.

They don't know any Indian, because they don't care about Indians. They care more about Chinese and Russians than Indians.
