Let's face it. We are known worldwide as dirty people. People buy TV, mobile before they have a toilet, spend thousands for cricket and sleep on pavement, spit and squeeze your bleeding noses on the street. In the Gulf, you cann't buy a vehicle unless you have a driving license, and that license takes more time to get than an MBA. We should introduce a law that prevents people buying bikes and Smart phones before they have a toilet, but our people will find a way to circumvent it. Another thing, how people who are homeless going to construct a toilet, and where?
