Visit is critical
by Aftab on Sep 25, 2014 11:10 AM

China instead to responding to our PM to take the relation from INCH to MILES has pushed us from INCH to Millimeter. Insulted us by their border activities.

Japan did not agree to extend help in nuclear program. FDI has come with so many riders.

These facts makes the task for our PM difficult. He has to deal with the mightiest power and extract the best deal. Any deal with too much submission or without dignity will prove counter productive.

The best thing we need to do is to improve the infrastructure and remove the bottle neck in the existing infrastructure for boosting growth. Task is difficult but if we can reach Mangalyam in very first attempt, these tasks are small and we can achieve it if there is proper direction.

Wish our PM a successful trip.

Yes it is true that Mahatma Gandhi = Hatred.
And most Indians are full of hatred that's the reason Mahatma Gandhi is called Father of the Nation...

Brilliant... I think even my keyboard is capable of spewing out logic such as yours... :)

I appreciate the Modiji way of working.I remember those days when UPA govt ministers sent the messages to US Govt for denying the Visa to Modiji. He did not reacted too much.He was sure that one day his mission shall complete and can dictate his way of working. Now it is the time,he can do the best for the country and countrymen.

I wish for his successful visit to USA.

NRIs
by MM on Sep 24, 2014 10:39 AM  | Hide replies

NRIs left India for their selfish interests to earn dollars, takes care of their future generations. Why would they bother about India?
If they really bother about India, they would not have left the country and settle abroad.

Rather, whatever they do will be in their own interest or interest of USA.

Except taking memento on Pravas Divas, what else they did to India?

People like Venky (Noble Laurent), Preet Bahar etc are right examples

Mind your language. You NRIs left India for own interests and sit abroad, follow their ascent wjile speaking, follow their styles...and pose as though patriots. This shows lack of absolute originality. If you people like India so much why can not come back and serve India, instead of barking from other shore?
See what Gandhi did!!
BTW, I had opportunities to go and take career abroad but did not opt as I feel Indian at heart.

MM, when I visited India, I found that Indians are more westernized than NRIs in US. We follow our culture, respect our traditions and follow our dance forms and music. In India, a lot of youth is oriented towards westernized gadgets, culture.
Why simply blame someone for following their career. Don't forget that a lot of Indians work in software companies which make money for companies in US.
Stop the hatred and contribute to the well being of humanity.

Don't point you finger on Gandhi's contribution. He and other freedom leaders sacrificed their lives for nation. If we are recognized in all over the world it is b'cos of Gandhi.

their due place is on the glowing pages of modern indian history. deal with it.

add to this, mr modi should have waited till the lame duck president obama had gone and then decide to meet the new prez.
no use glorifying this lame duck obamna who cannot even decide to do any thing in the mid east.and this lame duck denied visa to modiji because some jehadi arseholes told him.
