Illogical arguments. How can one compare toilets with mobile phones. One toilet may be used by as many as 10 persons whereas one person may keep two to three handsets. Mobiles are cheaper.

Average revenue per user is declining but average cost of mobile handset is rapidly or exponentially growing for example ARPU was 396 now it is just 132 but we do not hesitate to buy mobile station of 10000 plus without much pain?

I actually laughed after reading this heading. Do you expect a toilet per person? And one person sometimes has more than one cell phone. So please put up some good topics for us to read instsad of this rubbish.

If laughed after READING it?? Did you even read? The first line itself says the comparison is %of households with toilets vs percentage of households with mobile phones. Where does it say anything about numbers of mobile phones? And you thought numbers of mobile phones would be represented in percentage!!
This is all about wrong priorities in daily life. The responsibility lies with both the individual and the GOVT. Firstly the govt. should make make initial move and involve the society at large, then the scene will change. It is something like which came first "the egg or the chicken"

Of course that happens in your state because the toilet belongs to the husband so the wife has to go out in the open. :-)
