The relief operations are being carried out in Kashmir, which is under Indian CONTROL. So, there is NOTHING ODD or WRONG or UNNATURAL in extending Maximum HELP to INDIANS in INDIA. QUITE often, MOST people TEND to forget reality and try to BLOW situations OUT of CONTEXT. P.M.
