on Ganga there is a need of Concrete Action Plan which could be made by the Foreign Help.In 3-4 months no such action plan in haste can be made. Why SC could not get it implemented from earlier govt.

before election modi used to say. hum ek sar ke badle char sir lenge (pakistan se) but what now. he has been totally silent whenever pakistan attacks
