Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday raked up the anti-Sikh violence that followed the assassination of then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi this day 30 years ago and said it was a "dagger" in the centuries-old fabric of India's unity as he dedicated the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as National Unity Day.

truly tragic for one of the most decent , clean, courageous community. as rightly said their love for their country , their sacrifices for the country is well known, to kill and try to destroy this courageous gentle lot is the congress way of telling innocent that if you kill one we will kill thousand. congress party has the audacity to my prime minister Modiji. this lovable people are national wealth they are not to be tortured for the fault of few.
Due to the wrongdoing of two people of a comunity full sikh religion was punished to the maximum possible extent and hummilated Every one forget the good deeds of this community during and before indipendence momemt only a hand full only 2% of population had a big chunk of sacrifices.I am affraid who will take the bull by horn if the history repeat itself.
As far as i am concerned the whole saga started by This Bhindrevalla. It is the fault of the Sikhs to follow him and that is where the trouble started.
'... under Congress administration Delhi burnt for over three days...' and yet the Congress party and secularists point fingers at Narandra Modi for the 2002 Gujarat riots( which nevertheless is to be condoned). This byMs.Payal Singh Mohanka is grim and horrendous. It was a shameful day,
