I was always a fan of M.P.Anil Kumar's articles, as it was a morale-booster for me, seeing the way he had overcome odds obstacles to lead the productive life of a defence writer. Everytime I read one of his articles, I was deeply shamed by my own negative attitudes and resolved to be more positive.
I was in fact wondering why Anil Kumar's articles were not coming up, when I finally found this article pointing out that he had passed away on May this year.
Thanks for all the superb articles, and especially your own example, sir.
Truly inspirational to all of us who crib and complain about every little thing in life, myself included ! We all should take heart and face life ,the way he did,Like the Air Warrior He was....
He is really an inspirational person and warrior. Thanks for posting such a good article. Everybody complain for lack of small things. But with all the physical problems he lived like a hero and made inspiration to lot of people. May soul rest in peace.
He was my coursemate and after NDA never had the occasion to meet him. However from what I have read about him he was a true soldier in all respects. And I appreciate Nitin Sathe for writing this article and apprising us that MP was and will remain unforgettable. RIP !
He was, is and will always be an inspiration and a driving force for the young generation who taught the most valuable lesson of not giving up at any cost whatever may be the circumstance and just fight back with full capability. May his soul rest in piece.
