Judicial System in India is becoming a mockery of its own
by kumarswamy on Oct 08, 2014 08:48 AM  | Hide replies

It is really funny how the Judicial system in india works !!!

Delayed justice is Denied Justice. The punished JJ after 18 years is not the same JJ 18 years ago, though there were obvious mistakes made. And that no one would have shed tears if it happened 18 years ago. Besides, she is one of the boldest of all politicians to acknowledge the mistakes in front of the TV and People.

The refusal to give bail is astonishing and stupid, because she is one of the politicians who has almost not gone overseas to stash her cash, unlike many of the politicians that includes congress and BJP. And she is not going to go anywhere in the near future.

If congress and BJP think that they are playing politics, then this is a criminal attempt to silence opponents to gain popularity. I am sure they are also getting into a delusional mindset about it. Hope it would not turn dangerous for the central parties.

In my opinion, after 18 years of investigation, it merits to be dismissed outright. Incompetence of our judicial system should not be suppressed by punishing some one after 18 years. I thought the life term in India is 15 years. What the heck.

My dear, the delay of 18 years was due to Jaya's delaying tactics. The law finally caught up with her. So according to you, it is alright if you are corrupt but don't stack the ill gotten wealth abroad? Why is she further delaying the judicial process by going on appeal to Supreme Court instead of serving her sentence?

Indians must salute the Hon'ble Judge who has shown that corrupt politicians can't get away. If Supreme Court upholds the verdict will you also accuse the Supreme Court? Her supporters need to become more responsible and sensible.

Nonsense ,this Verdict is absolutly have no merit, since she was already punished by the Wise tamilian voters in subsequent election, pple are more then the man made judiciary, a million $ question is do the Supreme court have the courage to transfer all the Politicians involved case away from their native cases, then mostly 95% Will be behind the bars including our present.... minister Sh.Namo if The Gujarat 2002 RIOTS case transfered to Tamilnadu.

At around 4 p.m. today, you published an article stating that Madam has been granted CONDITIONAL BAIL. What happened to that news story? You wanted to be faster than the court?
