why court hearing is not live on television. How can you say Jaya is guilty. If she is found guilty then why do you have High court, supreme court. Remove this system and get our old system. Once verdict and one penalty. What you say is wrong today will be right tomorrow. What about bagatsing?

The Special Court has found her and accomplices guilty. Unless this is set aside by a Higher court, she remains guilty and a criminal sentenced for corruption. Are you so naive not even to realize this simple fact ? Really, where you people are mortgaging your brains before writing in this forum ? I just wonder ??

If a common man can not have this privilege, why these politicians enjoy such privileges? They are elected by us to serve & abide by the constitution. We trust them to give us good governance & not betray us.

Hi dear , she is elected by tamilnadu people, not by you guys, so ultimate decision should be by tamilians,. Not by bhavani singh, of karnataka government,. false figures of demand was raised and false figures of justification was done, AIADMY cadre can contribute Rs 100 per head could generate 300 crores, do you think that this is Robery, this is a donation, like that she might have received funds, you cannot declare that this is corruption,./she was a leading actress for so many years might have generated property worth of crores, she has not cheated any body, she has not taken any kick backs, Trial court blindly followed the objections of Bhavani singh, who does not know the background of this Lady,. He does not know the sentiments of tamil people,.This bhavani singh and the judge violated the rules of SC.
this judgement should be cancelled,.

if not many precious lives will be lost, as every one knows that there are die hard cadres of AIADMK, ready to die for the good cause,. This bhavani is the agent of Karnataka governments, which has not at all suffered either due to this case or due to conviction,
It is only The TN government is going to suffer all the way,.

why the hurry by BHavani singh and trial court,.

she has not made any losses to exchequer, then how can this court declare she is correct, by countinmg the sareees, chappels, gold, and some lands,.
what is this,.??

this is ridiculous, even small trusts are having crores worth of
properties, now u think

Yes, sir why don't you have her shifted. Sir please think. Media has hyped, etc. Media will never speak positive about anything the same here should not happen. She will be shifted. Can you give idily for Rs 1 for a common man. Do you know how much is a ticket in Bangalore for watching a cinema, why. Why roads are so bad in our state. Why there are more than 150 humps from Banglaore to mysore. Where there is no 4 way express high way from bangalore to mysore. Where is all our tax money going.

What an ignorant you are ? Infact it was Jaya and Company who rooted for Bhavani Singh as Public Prosecutor after eliminating Acharya through their diabolical designs colluding with then BJP Government in Karnataka. If so, why you now let out your anger against Bhavani Singh ? infact Bhavani Singh himself was threatened with a fine of Rs. 60,000/- per by Michael Cunha for frequently absenting himself from the case to delay the verdict. So, what you are trying to say ? If the so-called intellegient people give their verdict in favour of the corrupt, then they should not be convicted and should be vested with a Constitutional responsibility for their malfeasance ? You ask why the hurry when the case dragged on for 18 long years with no end in sight ? Are you really commenting with your brains switched on or you have partaken it when you made this comment ? You say she has not made any losses to the exchequer when she has been charged under the Prevention of corruption act. I just wonder what kind of dumbwits we are having in our midst ?

hi gentleman, you are not knowing the reason for this case,it was a deliberate political case, and purposefully transfered from chennai to bangalore, to crush this lady, Nothingelse, dont you know that the politicians from other parties not amassed wealth, ?? that too lacs of crores?? what happened to them, ?? no cases all are out and roaming around, since this lady was stub born in nature , and not went well with other parties could have been the reason for this isolation, please note she dont have family, sons, brother, daughter to console her at this time, only the entire tamil speaking people are her son, daughter, brothers, thats why was called AMMA by all,
when the entire taili people says she was not corrupt, then how can you say that she was corrupt, she did rule tamil nadu with iron fist, did good thing to TN than DMK. so we all pray for her to return safely, if not the blind judicial system killed one popular party in TN, Now it is in karnataka high court , the govt of karnataka is least bothered about for its consequences. so you guys enjoy, only the TN is going to suffer, everyone knew she is at 66 , and may not have enought strngth to fight, but with peoples support and prayers will give her strength she will be out with a victory in her hand, just wait and see.

Deva, I am also from TN and living in TN. Her declaration to the Inland Revenue says the net worth is 3 crores in 1991. She herself declared in 1996 that the net worth is 69 crores. She was drawing a salary of Re 1/- per month as salary. Then how did the net worth grow to 69 crores? If you could give a plausible reply, fine. The period in question is 1991-1996 period. Remember it.

Purposefully ?? To transfer the case was the decision of the Supreme Court not of Karunanidhi and they did it in trying to prevent Jaya and Company subverting the judicial process by their sheer abuse of power by changing public prosecutors, investigating persons etc. and also crippling the powers of the Special Court. So, if you want to blame somebody, blame the Highest Court of this land and they deserve it for their absurd TANSI judgement wherein they pass the severest censures on her but strangely left her scot free. They even asked her to return the TANSI land.

So, if other Politicians too are corrupt and going scot free, Jaya and Company too should go scot free. is that your logic ? Well, the 2G scam is quite recent and you need to wait patiently. Didn't you wait for the verdict of this disproportiate asset case for 18 long years. So why are you so restless today ? Is it because the boot is on the other leg ? The entire people didn't say she is not corrupt by voting for her. Is it ? Even taking your logic forward, she got just 44% votes while 56% voted against her out of the 75% who voted. Moreover, it is foolhardy to judge the wisdom of the fickle minded Indian people who are not politically aware and vote on emotions which makes it quite comfortable for Politicians like Jaya and Company. Does the fate of Tamil Nadu rests on just one individual who is a convicted criminal today ? This is nothing but heroine worship and Jaya too is very old and diseased.

Jaya too has claimed in her bail petition that she is very old and diseased with lot of ailments. I just wonder as to what kind of service she is doing in Tamil Nadu when half the time of the year she is resting and enjoying in Kodanad along with her good friend unable to withstand pressures the position of a CM demands.

Moreover who are you to give conduct cerficates here in favour of criminals ? Do you think you are smarter than the judge who studied the case and gave over a 1,000 page report.

JJ 's appeal

As an educated and well informed person Jayalalitha shoud issue a notice asking her party workers and others to refrain from protests and dharnas..
she has to obey law of the land and present her points. Why she was dragging the case for 18 years and now crying for justice?

They consider themselves above the law.

JJ has given instructions to Mr zero Paneer, to creat law and order kind of situation so that without JJ people are not sleeping, of people are silent then it will be clear that people are welcoming the verdict. So is a clear-cut drama by her own party cardres. She will never change in her life time. First thisdog Ramjath Malani should be kicked he is appearing for only criminals like, LTTE, Kanimozi, JJ...

Please see the bright side of this incarceration!

Now J. Jay Lull Eater can lose all that weight she has gained over the said 18 years!

If J. Jay Lull Eater is kept in jail and survives on a diet of prison food, she will lose so much weight that she might end up giving many a svelte Bollywood bimbettes a run for their money!
