Why will she so much fear about the President's rule’s, are there no one to control the party without her ? If she think she is the godmother, that is wrong, because without presents of her, all the work can run in there route, there are each and every person prepared to control the party, even the government. She is not the only person to run the government.

BJP is desperate to replace current governments in states like UP, Bengal and Delhi.
In its desperation, BJP is criminally conspiring against existing governments in Bengal, UP, Bihar ( In delhi they did try hard for horse trading but gave up to AAP's diligence to thwart any such attempts).
BJP tried its best to put UP into flames by giving free hands to its hate mongers leaders in recent by polls and bitten dust.
Every now and then, you see how desperately they are trying everything to induct Mamata and her govt into cases but would fail here too as people are a bit more smarter than BJP perceive them to be.
President Pranab Mukharjee should monitor central's criminal conspiracies which aim to grab the power... just grab the power by means of anything and BJP won't mind creating riots, injecting false fear into minds and dividing communities through its hate mongers.
