Police and Judiciary

Corrupt from bottom to Top with defective system. Framing/booking a case whether involved directly or not under various IPC section-common thing. Judges issue even non bailable warrant for not appearing in the court without knowing its merits or demerits. Nothing happens to them, Judicial system only works in the country for about 130 days, what a Lordship.
Just Review prisoners, who are they:
1. 5% children framed by Police more than 18 years old.
2. 15% old couples under dowry cases-majority of them are fake today.
3. 10% petty criminals who have completed maximum punishment in jail, but judicial system has not decided their case so far.
4. 10% are those who could not arrange surety or security for release as per judicial judgement.
No one is bothered to look after these aspects, jails are full of unwanted such criminals.
Great independence of British time, we are waiting for SWARAJ.

Dear Friend, You are correct, but observe one thing is common in all the above cases. That Common thing is money for which all above crime were done and delay in the judicial system.
But how long this defective system will run and ruined our country and society?????...? THINK
In my opinion these demerits of the system can be eliminated by opting two things.
1.Fix the responsibility of every judge to decide at least 100 cases in every month under subject to condition, if any decision will be revert by the appellate court, that judge must be punished in three steps as follows. 1. on first case he will be served with notice and stop salary increment. 2. on second case, that judge must be demoted from their exiting post, 3. on third case that judge must be out from the judiciary system, because he is not liable to be a judge and has no ability to define LAW.
Second thing, to stop currency, which is root cause of every crime, all money transaction must be through electronically, by swipe machines, by internet, by cheque.
Results of the implementation will be crimes will be reduced by 90% after courts has no pending case and police may be more effective to protect LAW and ORDER in the country / Society.
Please, revert your views.

True, DEFECTIVE SYSTEM is the culprit. The appointment of Police, Prosecutors, Local court Judges is incorrect. We also need more police doing highway and street patrolling and every case should end in 3-5 years. This is also affecting India's business environment. Who wants to business in a place where labor and pollution related cases take 20 years? What happened to Lok Pal?
