Yes,if it is done it will give strong signal to change the political mind set towards undeveloped villages that remain exploited by politicians in their wallet swelling action plan! If the unaccounted wealth garnered by the politicians and bureaucrats handling rural development funds over the past 6 decades are identified and brought back to development works, India shall not have a single village even under-developed. For that, if it is not Modi none else!!!!!
every village like every county in US could have a community sports center that will also serve for vocational training as well as offer courses in music, handicrafts and a variety of things. The centers could start off with big wide spaces with facilities for football, hockey, table tennis, basketball etc.
Every village people should be self dependent for income not on other is the real development. If village people have skill & getting job for survival without any support running their family in better way is the real development required at village level. For that development, education, skill development, job creation, self employment should be primary focus for village real development otherwise waste of money in the name of development in village.
Village people comming to city not getting survived due to high cost of living in city is problem not getting any benefit only facing problem. People need job in their village hence job should be created at village level is the demand of every village can really improve the village apart from what is development going on otherwise this development will not stay for long time. Reasearch & whaterever required should be done is the need of every village for real improvement in village .
Plz don't kill or support kiling innocets based of cast or religion, we should not vote just beause brutal act.. let them live.. Modiji can do somany things for corperates, they wreer starving, deserved more.. but don't kill innocents people..

Let us do some work for getting water instead of having piped line with water during one hour in a day. let our land be not compulsory sold as selling land is considered as sell of mother in indian culture. Let us be in touch with our neighbours instead of being in touch with world. Let our morale and human values be high instead of consumerism and materialism through in debts, inflation and devaluation of INR.
