Why court not instructing trial court to have fast track trial in this case where even trial is not yet started after 12 years from the date of incident. When the similars cases involving Alistair Pereira, US national Norie Havewala and Pune ST driver which were happened much much later after the incident involving Salman Khan and all the people are convicted and undergoing imprisonment, why special treatment to the case of wealthy, popular, influential and celebrati like Salman Khan? His other case is pending for a long long time in Rajasthan where he is accused of killing black deer during shooting of Ham Saath Saath hain. It is time court has to show that every one is equal before law and no one can take any relief which they dont deserve.
This law has been blessing for police as they take huge bribe from offenders ranging from 1000 to 10000, when caught most people avoid going to court and out fear people end up paying bribe to the local traffic police constable, any policemen can caught drunk driving offenders, so whenever they needs money, they lay a trap outside pub or bar, and harass people and then extract money, so the money mostly goes into policemens pocket not to the govt.

Was she acoompanying Salman Khan or was driving the vehicle involved in the accident ? Just have some basic knowledge of law before writing anything you like.
just because salman khan belonged to minority community doesnt mean he should be behind bar for the crime he didnt committed . i condemn uppercaste for theor fascist atitude

Are the people of minority community are free to commit any offence and go without facing any action under the law ? As per the Indian constitution, law is equal for all and whoever violate law, has to face the consequences.

the people who died in the hit/run case, the police, the judge ..they are all upper-caste/ majority.Brother whatever community u belong, u r a rare breed and should be thankful that u were not sleeping among those hapless people that fateful night.Amen.
