My view is all the five MLA should be treated like others with prima facie evidence they should be punished for their act and their membership of the house should be absolved which can act as deterrent in near future for the members to act dignified. The matter should not end here with apology and if done they will tend to repeat the same and others may also take the undue advantage and they will say whats there we will tender apology. So they should be punished and should be lesson for every one in the country to act dignified with the office of the governor
Maharashtra now has illegitimate government! First, the oath taking ceremony itself was unconstitutional, then the government became un constitutional since there was no assembly after 8th Nov. The governor had no right to calling the assembly as the date had already passed, without courts view on it. now even the majority is not proven. The government is illegitimate! in other terms the government has become a chand aala government as per the hindu scriptures!

Bjp is a party with a difference. . Undemocratically going for voice vote instead of division vote through ballot so that they can do horse trading later. Truly bjp is party with a difference
