In addition to 16 years in prison, District Court Judge Jon S Tigar ordered Su to forfeit $5.9 million and pay more than $900,000 (about 5.52 crore) in restitution.

When will Indina judges follow this judge and forfeit the resources of the people punished in India?

what about the US Education department and the emigration department which let the whole thing go on in the first place????
