Why we need to praise them..... We dont appreciate that much for such achievements by Indians in India and this is the reason we fail to boost moral of Indians inside India and always plants a thought in them that they need to go to out of India and achieve for their achievement to be appreciated in India...This is the reason for intelligence going out of India
US authorities should investigate the N R I parents of these children who participate in such contests!
N R I people are notorious for competing with each other through their children!
Many children are tortured by the N R I parents to make them win such contests!
Since most of these children are born in the US, the US child services should launch an investigation into this practice of forcing average children to memorize all the words in entire dictionaries with their spellings!
All this is inhuman and should not be allowed to go unpunished!
I find this whole spelling bee fad very nerdish.. You cant win in anything else and finding nerdy things like this to win. It will just reinforce image of Indians as nerds.

Nerd? Mark Zuckerberg is a nerd. Sergey Brin is a nerd. Indian students are just good at memorizing. A horse that can count up to ten is a great horse, not a great mathematician.
