Every village, town and city has very good people, who cannot be corrupted. Large no. of Sr. Citizens , very good , known to the society and the Police, are also available. Use these good group of people to manage these charitable institutes . Let them Talk to children alone and in groups, and they will tell everything
these acts have nothing to do with government. These are acts by sick indian guys, who are everywhere these days. you will be ashamed to be an indian once you start reading these sickening facts about indian men on international media.
It is a good move from ministry, but again Ministry should find out the motive of these type of Orphanages whether they are really meant for Charity purpose or not. Strict policies should adopt before giving them license to run and periodic surprise audit shold also be conducted.

Right monitoring of these homes and immediate , strict action against the accused is what will stop this. Whistle blower protection is a must.
That is why inndiaa is great and we are great!!!, I always have fear eating outside or eating food cooked by maids but we are also new version or metro orphans...who knows, we are also forced eat it like these kids UNKNOWINGLY!!!
These indians or so called common people can feed you anything!!!
