Chori upar se sinjori. if this is the trend, then every accused of grave offences like rape, theft, riots, arson , murder etc. who are not convicted due to lack of evidence or failure of investigation by deliberate reasons will start demanding compensations. there must be strict provision of suspending all rights including human rights of an accused has to be made and implemented. it is very much needed to prevent the crime.

even in this case, lower court nas given death sentence. does this mean that the judge was illiterate of there ware no reasons to justify the sentence. also does it imply that these are all patriotic and normal peaceful citizens? ridiculous..

boss its the supreme court who have pulled up gujarat police for shoddy investigation.
do u want to say that if a person been accused he automatically proven guilty ?

God forbid, if you you are ever implicated by corrupt police official just for the sake of closing the case and 15 years your life\'s prime are lost in jail. While actual prepratrators of crime move Scot free, then you might understand their plight. Please read the details of supreme court\'s decision then jump to any conclusion.

the terror attack took place in 2002 its 2014 means already 12 years gone, do you think its practically possible to investigate the case after 12 years ??
