Election - 2014
by Avanavu Krishnan on May 15, 2014 01:29 PM

This refers to the above subject. The crucial verdict of the poll result entirely favour of BJP head NDA government at centre. BJP regime is very good shown under Atal Bihari Vajpapyee from 1999 to 2004. Mr.Modi can do something better than corrupted congress regime. Frm 2004 to 2014 period was very worst and never imagine such a situation will come india under the congress. they failed all the area like economy/inflation/prise rise/employment. Almost ministers are inefficient. They are worthless and corrupted greedy ministers. Also alliance are also responsible for the present situation. After 60 years indpendence also they are not done anything.

Exit Polls and Opinion Polls
by M A on May 15, 2014 10:38 AM

Some people are either getting confused or getting others confused on the difference between opinion poll and exit poll. Opinion polls conducted before the election depend on the mood of the people and the situations prevailing in the country, but the exit polls are conducted during the period of polling which are more reliable and 95% accurate. Most of the channels and social sites have conducted such exit polls either through social media or through surveys and almost all exit polls are showing similar trends. Therefore, the exit polls should be believed to the extent of 95% accuracy which will be evident by tomorrow.

Wait for 16th May...
by mohammed abdul on May 15, 2014 09:33 AM  | Hide replies

Its pretty ironic to beleive the Exit polls estimates, more surprisingly the well- educated learned citizens of india are also not the exception in being fooled by such opinion polls , most of surveying agencies are paid ones. An sting operation in an renown opinion poll survey agency revealed that they manipulate the figures and present more inclination towards the party who pays them more... the earlier 2 exit pools of 2004 and 2009 proved a blunder and were no way near to the reality - 3-4% toleration is accepted but 20-30% cannot be … the opinion polls are based on Un scienctific and wild guess approach . I think we are making mock of our democracy by huge volume wrong predictions.
I just wanted to express who so ever comes in the power will come as per their fate… and that will be unveiled on 16th May…so Wait and Watch….

Voting pattern
by raju on May 15, 2014 08:59 AM  | Hide replies

Sonia, Rahul and Congress leaders and all regional parties except parties of NDA supporters view that the voters of NDA/BJP are communal and those who voted UPA/Congress are secular. Hence, the majority voters are not secular. Since, it is the view of Congress since long, on 16th evening UPA and its allies may even plan to announce that India is not a secular country and they may even go to the extend of vouching that Pakistan is the most secular country.

sir, I will try to explain what is secularism in India to the best possible way. all muslims can go for prayer on Friday afternoon from any govt/public sector office.blast loudspeaker from any Masjid five times a day irrespective of inconvenience caused to others.
christian missioneries can go all out to convert innocent poor tribals lurring them with job etc. if BJP tows this line, they are secular otherwise not. hope u understood SECULARISM now /

Why Johns are keeping quite on "secularism", if we support people of JOHN and KHANS' it is secularism, if we talk "LOUDspeaker" we are communal.
