India and it ruling establishment is anti Tamil to the core. They just voted for the previous two resolutions as they amounted to nothing. Now when there is really going to be an international inquiry , India is backing away . Why1) it will reveal India's dirty hand behind this genocide. 2) Out of China, Russia, Pakistan and India, It is India and its ruling establishments that want the genocide of the indigenous Eelam Tamils in the island, as they think they gain a lot by this. Even the so called aid given by the Indian government for the benefit of the displaced Tamils, was not their benefit but was covert and overt funds, for the Sinhalisation of Tamil lands, everyone knows this, the vast majority of these Indian funded houses were not given to the displaced Tamils but to Sinhalese and Muslim settlers from the south of the island. India has repeatedly shown that it cares two hoots for the sentiments or feelings of its own 100 million Tamils but cares more for the Tamil haters in India and the Sinhalese. We Tamils have now really got to seriously think, if we really want to remain in a union that does not care or respect us, but on the contrary jumps and aids and abets any racist or Tamil killer or regime.

SivaSankaran Sarma - C'mon, cool down - Don't get so emotionally worked up. NOT EVERYONE is as you describe it to be. We, DEFINITELY do not want another conflict, with Tamils and Sinhalese killing each other. Time to forgive and forget and LIVE IN PEACE , foir the sake of the future generation !

Sri Lankan army didn't spare Balachandran, a helpless, unarmed boy and son of Prabhakaran sir. LTTE paid for erasing Rajiv Gandhi and not his pedigree and advisers.
by his it is proved even srilanka is started threateng india having getting benifit from both India and china,it will be always on our enemies side ( china ) only.if india doest not threat srilanka and crush them it will be a serrious threat for us.
The bottom line is that the resolution passed. There will be an international probe. We being a third class nation do not matter in the big scheme of things.
In the same fashion INdia should stay away from the probe. Tamil do not want Srilanka to infiltrate the probe panel by having Indians there.
India should not let Tamilians hijack India's foreign policy. Sri Lanka is one of the few non-muslim nation in India's neighbourhood and we should work towards building good relations with them.

If we see Tamilians in this way,then if any indians 9 Gujjus,Marathis,punjabis..etc) got attacked outside india then also we should keep quuiet.

Does it give them the rights to massacre hindu tamils.India should be firm in its foreign policy irrespective of political compulsions. it should act in the welfare of the helpless victims.
