Congress has got habit of placing their people as Governors to play dirty politics. When the opposition parties members are involved , Governor immediately give saction for prosecution but when ruling partys ministers are involved, Governors single handed stop legal process with discitionary powers vested to them and they always misuse it for their favoured ones. Did CBI not ask for a permission to prosecute Chavan ? Now all politicians has got clean chit while beaurocrats has got all the blame.

it is amazing how our politicians have kept such escape routes open to avoid being investigated for corruption/crime, how could a Governor deny permission to investigate a potential criminal??

with most of the top leaders chickening out or looking for safe seats, Rahul has no option but to work with the tainted ones
vadodara candidacy was decided using rauls' primary thingy in which a different guy had won, and was declared congressi candidate. and now raul is saying all that primary thing don't matter and he is going foist his own sepoy. talk about mercurial gandhis' double dealing.
Why would Governor deny CBI to prosecute him! First of all why would CBI need a approval from person who has no role other then signing some papers.. This is shame on democracy!
