Only on reciprocal terms; Indian warships and aircraft carriers in Chinese waters doing same thing as Chinese are on Indian waters! We should take stock of what China is capable of making out on the deceptive mission! Let us not be fooled yet again by the uncanny dragon-net!
Tell Chinese Navy that any ship that enters Indian waters will need to be inspected by Indian Navy before departure. ie. all its instruments, photographs/data stored on computers etc. All communication between the ships and Chinese naval headquarters(while in Indian waters) needs to be unencrypted with Indian Navy listening in. If they still want to come let them but I have a feeling they may quietly withdraw their request. Saying explicit no to a humanitarian mission(lives of civilians on the plane) may not be politically correct but we cant abandon our genuine strategic concerns either.
