Modi put a curfew, called in army, asked neughbouring states to send police, made preventive arrests before riots, ordered shoot on site, 350 hindus died like 750 muslims died.

Atleast in Gujarat many peoples including MLAs got convicted and are undergoing imprisonment unlike Delhi riots, the main culprits are still roaming free and one of them is also made Minister. In 2002 Gujarat riots more than 300 people died under police firing and militarty was called to bring situation under control as against in Delhi in 1984, not a single bullet was fired and there was no law and order for three days under congress rule and with involvement of some congressmen as admitted by Rahul gandhi to Arnab Goswamy. Modis government had given all the cooperation to the court and investigating agencies to bring the culprits to the books unlike under congress rule, families of deceased still await justice due to them.
