Indians couldn't care less. There is no World Trade Center in India, and the value or effect of a few thousand lives lost in a single terror attack is much less than in developed countries.
An attack could be very dramatic but strategic effects would be nearly zero. 26/11/2008 was unable to provoke India into an open war on Pakistan, and no LeT type attack has the capacity to do so, even with use of a WMD or two.
Use of WMDs by Non State Actors of Pakistan would not have a provoking effect on India. India will not be prompted into an open war not of its free choosing, because it is not prepared to take the risk of losing one.
Let Pakistani ISI and other agencies try a hundred years just to find out. Indians are not raw, their plans are not completely taken out of the syllabi or tutorials of Sandhurst and West Point.

indias radar network is so strong not a trace of a jumbo jet approaching its soil, how r they planning to trac chinese stealth bombers, our defence budget goes in only paying pensions and salary.

I truly back this point, salaries are ridiculously high in govt jobs, then there is pension, wow! But, I really want the attack should be on Kolkata too, to many people.
