The problem with us is that though initially we would be very vigilant, as time passes we become lethargic and complacent with the 'CHALTA HAI' attitude! This is the price we have to pay for our folly! Do not show any leniency towards such persons!

Definitely, they will maintain security of their personal assets. But maintaining national security is altogether different-not a priority for them.
