All Public sectors & government run Petroleum companies ( HPCL, ONGC, IOCL, BPCL, GAIL, OIL etc)just depend upon Contract workers to complete the Job.They never bother to go supervise or inspect the work at progress.They sit happily in the well cooled offices & connect to internet. Most of the people who got killed in this fire accident could be contract labours. No Safety check list or Pre commission checks.The case will be closed with the next Thursday.

Most of the materials procured by these oil companies are on L1 basis. whether it is pipes, fittings or valves, pumps etc as such quality is compromised. if you want to install quality stuff you have to pay more and not go for L1 only.
The Congress had given enough signs to the Black money depositors . Only about 10 to 15 % of Black money is stashed over seas, the Rest is at Home ( INDIA). The Saying goes correct " Shahar mein Dindora,Bagale main bachae"

and what modi has to now say on the MP examinatinon scam. even if modi gets loose motions its congress consipiracy.
So Mr. Aftab, you think Modi Govt. is responsible for the accident! Have a life! This accident shows how populist measures led to cheap installations by Govt. companies, which was practiced by the Government over the last 10 years!
