derailments
by Bodh Ramdeo on Jun 30, 2014 12:04 AM

This is the result of seven dacades of venal Cong's mismanagement...it'll take years to clean up their mess, if ever,
Cong ran Rlwys as their personal fiefdom, to be doled-out as enticement and reward to criminals the likes of Lalu et al, to support their govt at the center...criminals who were inept and useless to the task of running such a behemoth.

NDA-An Inept Govt
by Aditya Yadav on Jun 25, 2014 06:44 PM  | Hide replies

Intellectually and educationally, NDA seems to be bankrupt to run the state of the affairs throwing a stark contrast to the projection during electioneering.
Rhetoric of Modi is missing and he is finding his life time comforts in a BMW car and 7 race course road That was his last goal in his life.
Most of the ministers lack minimum wisdom to run their respective ministries and will remain servile to the babus to get job done.
Recent unexpected anti-people actions from the govt prove the doubts of AK and AAP members that NDA is a party floated by industrialists.
One way they are increasing prices of essential commodities, fare hike etc, on the other hand continuing the reduction of excise duties for the industrialists.
Such brazen attempt has not been even observed in UP where Akhilesh govt at least responds to people outcry in the favourable manner.

I'm sure, BJP voters must be repenting for their lifetime mistake of voting for BJP.

No government can solve problems caused by inferior thought habits or culture of India. They have to say it for elections because electorate is ignorant and has to be enticed by dramatics and rhetoric rather than rational thinking.

Indian habits and culture prevent rational thinking, which is the basic cause of inability to solve national problems. Democratic governments in such a backward culture cannot discover new solutions. Public opinion can force them carry out popular actions but cannot discover solutions.

Most problems of India are at a stage where solutions are not known. Scientific study has to be done first but is not something that governments of India where rational thinking goes against culture can do. As long as Indians go on blaming governments of the day, they will not begin to find solutions. Finding solutions is not like buying lottery tickets or consulting astrologers or religious experts.

Moreover the present government of India has won elections mainly by their religious credentials which hobbles them in office where they need to use rational thinking instead of religious superstition or religious authority.

There is no sign that Indians will ever give up the habit of consulting religion, astrology, and other superstition and total absence of rational thinking before deciding actions.

Nature has a way of finding a balance and it appears to be doing so in the case of India, albeit rather slowly, which too is the way of nature.

If India has millions of times more fatal accidents its population could get reduced to below one hundred million, probably the maximum sustainable number. Fast expanding huge population is source of serious current problems and future disasters for mankind and Earth. No government or private Indian has courage to mention it, leaving bad health, accidents and natural calamities as the only events causing reduction.

The anti tobacco policy should be removed and government and society should encourage use of all harmful substances. It would be a popularly acceptable means of reducing population. Western inspired policies such as health awareness should be given up. India urgently needs life taking rather than life saving policies.

u ask for resignation, if the ministry came short on performing its duty or responding to the event...when its a sabotage, one should ask who is responsible for it ? state police, Railways, central home ministry ?
