It happened first in the erstwhile AP but enjoyed by one single Andhra person and no one knows what happened to the case. These Bihari HMs must have come to AP 5 yrs ago, for Professional Advancement Course and learnt the trick of the trade from our great corrupt Andhras who looted the state for 60 yrs. Even these HMs will get reward for their new found talent. Such things will come to an end only if they are put behind the bars alongwith their family members and all their property confiscated & sent to Govt treasury. Law may punish corrupt Ministers like Lallu but where from they will recover 900 Crores?
It can happen in a state where the Chief Ministers ( Lalu Yadav & Jagannath Mishra) looted the money intended for the cattle.Yathaa Raaja thathaa prajaa.I wish our law permitted these 54 HMs to be flogged in public
This is not the last .Now since nitish has joined hand with the forces to be, one will here more of such things.Any thing can happen in BIHAR now on wards

Are these head masters really literate? How their consciousness allow them to do this kind of loot. Not only they should be removed from their service but their properties should be attached immediately.

When Headless Masters rule the State/Country, this is what will happen. Since the looted Central funds, lets see what BJP Govt will do. Wonder why the higher officials could not see the loot, sooner when the crime was taking place? Most likely, even the higher Officials must be involved.
