Whatever may be the reason leading to the eviction of the residents & demolition of these apartments , wish the political leadership will come together & give them some more time & get together all the stakeholders to come to an agreeable solution. After all, its never easy to see an asset built with your lifelong earnings being demolished , without a viable place to go & more so for the elderly & the young ones.

well, open Rehab Centree, no problems, but don't legalise an illegal structure...investors should also take half of the blame, leaving the other half to the builder...
If people dont want to even honour SC verdict, due process of law why do we need these? Let might be right. Change national motto from Satyameva Jayate to Jiski lathi uski bhains.

Yes,people should honour SC,but let it be every one.In our country it is easy to arrest & punish the innocents,law abiding citizens & gentlemen but criminals & antisocial elements have free licence to do all the evils & administration is fearful of them.Why there is large scale theft of electricity in the country?Why huge number of criminals & under world DONs like Doud Ibrahim & many others could not be arrested?Why criminals are daring to do rape & murders?Why huge govt lands are forcibly captured & occupied by anti social elements & authorities are mute spectators?Large scale corruption by govt officials,violation of oath by people's representatives,is it correct?What about black money?Nothing is a secret & only victims are innocents & law abiding citizens.

So you mean to say as long as black money exists, as long as govt lands are forcibly capatured and occupied, as long as large scale theft of electricity happens SC verdicts can be flaunted?
We request our PM Mr.Modi Ji to involve in this matter and in any circumstances Campa Cola People Should not suffer and Govt should take strong action against the Responsible Leader,BMC Employee & Builder and Govt should realize that INDIA development is for our Indian only and in rare case BMC should take some reasonable money for their land and let them allow as usual as they are the owner of their houses. Central Govt should instruct to all the state to ensure and has to issue the common and one type of certificate to Builder ,Private houses etc and without this certificate Builder Cant receive single pie from Purchaser neither by Bank and State Govt Should Issue the name of approved occupied land in net so that it will be easy to verify . Here in any circumstances they should be allowed for there residence. Govt should find out following impact ,who are in actual responsible.. 1)Who permitted during the construction? 2) Why bank Financed if it UN-authorized ? 3)Who was the Chief Minister During that period? 4)Who was the BMC authorized person during that period ? 5)How builder Started Construction on unauthorized land.
The above all should be punished and Govt should recover Land ,money ,loses etc from the above responsible person. We may request our PM to involve in this matter and find out the solutions for innocent People.

THAT IS WHY, AAP IS THE ONLY SOLUTION - IT IS THE STUPIDITY AND STUBBORNNESS OF INDIANS WHO REALIZE BETTER THINGS MUCH LATER WHEN NOTHING IS IRRECOVERABLE. AND FOR THIS REASON, WE WERE ENSLAVED BY MUGHALS AND BRITISHERS FOR MORE THAN 500 YEARS.
Why punish only the CC residents?? The BMC was a party to the illegal construction. Why shd it excape strictures? The residents did not take due care.Always the builders say that violations would be regularised by BMC after bribes. It is nobody's argument that BMC has only Harischandras.
Why not Adarsh and so many other buildings??
I have suggested numerous times on this page that there must be a single window at the BMC, where intending purchasers would register and BMC would allot...all this is online. So everyone knows who are in Q and who are paid bribes to get in front.
Any buyer can pay Rs1 lakh more and buy the property even if it has been regd. This way it would curb black money.
