The claim of Modi having "promised" to get back the money within 150 days is false.The attempt to spread this falsehood is deliberate.
The establishing of NGO is a highly profitable business if you have sufficient contacts to collect the grant,their faces bear the paint of social,cultural & economic awareness,thereby most of the politicians,prime bureaucrat ,industrial & business houses has set up NGO for earn,learn and burn moral values on the name of removal of poorness,religious,backwardness disparities ,enhancing education.The Lacs of Million Rupees are either collected foreign agencies or Consolidated Fund of Union & State Governments. It is a good thing the misuse of fund by NGO are came in the scanner of Home Ministry specially fund received from International but used for anti national activities,If these black sheep are caught may it possible the NGO's misusing national fund may be scanned.
