Can anybody tell Akhilesh that abusing the officials like Durga Shakti will certainly lead to the present state. Why Akhilesh should not be punished for protecting goons and abusing honest officials. He must understand the difference between ethical and non-ethical things. He deserves nothing less than kicking on his back. He is responsible for poluting the entire government machinery!!

The reason CM Akhilesh Yadav cannot act is, he is support by the Upper Class. In all the above mention area the Upper class not only voted, but paid for his campaign twice.

The frequent instances of rape and murder of girls or women occurring in UP or West Bengal may be due to politician- anti social element nexus developed reducing the ordinary citizens hapless.it is time for the political parties to introspect and rise above narrow political gains theory.
The male dominated society, without any moral preaching, torments women. It occurs in Indian subcontinent more because of decriminalization of politics. Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal are, as it appears from crime graph, competing with each other. The political Parties should be held responsible for this as ordinary citizens have lost courage to rise in protest for fear of political patronage of antisocial elements from one party or the other. The religious institutions have failed in their duties to organise resistance to dishonor of women in this subcontinent.
THis third class ghetto upwalas should not be allowed in BOMBAY and in maharashtra, they are creating mumbai into ghettos and crime zone. people like abu azami should be thrown out immediately from maharashtra

For that, kick kangress in state assembly elections first.
seems like UP govt. is failing to maintain law and order in such cases the center has to take steps to address the given situation what is the proper procedure outlined for such state govt. failures ? maybe they can be given a stipulated timeline to show improvement and if that does not happen then start the procedure of removing them
