Rich people satisfy themselves at big hotels and some poors(mostly) does by RAPE. In short, society is highly devoid of Moral values leading to destruction of our integrety. So much differences in their life style between rich and poor, hate between castes etc etc in this hypocrite society are responsible in total. I am not surprised!!
UP is so big that it cannot be handled by Single Govt. On top of it Upites has habit of breaking the law!! Best remedy is to divide the state in 3-4 smaller states. This will be good for governance and for the people!!
Barbaric acts can be committed by barbarians alone. They need to be tried and verdicts handed out with defined time line and not left to posthumus verdicts. Judiciary must wake up, government must provide resources, time scale should be defined, each citizen should come out and register every complaint, cops who decline to accept complaint should be terminated with in 24 hours, all police stations to have cameras.

The chief minister of UP must be tried for these murdders.
All he does is harass people who work for him by transferring his coolies. Real culprits like azam khan and his father have not been brought to justice.
Why not? Arrest him, try him in a fair court of law and when found guilty hanng him.
