The only way we can solve the dreaded issues facing this world is by controlling the polpulation. Let there be a global agreement on number of children one can have and say limit it to two. Then the parents will be able to focus on the children better and educate them. The govts. can spend their resources on development instead of subsidies to people burdening the society..Wonder why no one talks about population control
