It would be unfair to blame only the politicians for all the wrongs in our country. Actually it is India's bureaucracy, right from a havildar to an SP, who are actually responsible. Neither they act timely nor do they even feel to act. Their only competency lies in paperwork. They keep their papers so clean that no one can point fingers against them and could continue to enjoy their lavish perks and salaries with the taxpayers money.
Instead of proving the justice to the victim girls Akhilesh is trying to save the culprit Yadavs. He just shuffled the administration to diver the attention and brought new one to spin the case . Now DGP UP is saying that "Rape of one of the girl has be to confirm by forensic and the case we are looking is not that type . It may be the property dispute and one of the girl was a lone child of her parents and her uncle has limited resources so to get the property of her parents her uncle killed her. This may be the case of honor Killing. Local police has not gather the enough evidence to prove the crime. The arrested accused may be innocent and will get release".
There is no criminal law for Yadavs in UP currently. They can do rape ,decoity ,kidnapping ,murder, grab land belong to other, against Non-Yadav and administration can not take against them because they belong to ruling party SP. The back bone of SP are these criminal only ,these criminal create the fear in the mind of Non_yadav to vote in favor of SP and capture the booth during election. Police will not file any FIR against Yadavs becaose 50% yadavs already there in police pushed by mulla singh. If any FIR against them because of the pressure from opposition or media even they can run away easily as it is going to happen in Badaun case..

But wonder why Akhilesh Yadav has not suspended the Dist Education Officer, Dist Industries Officer, Dist Civil Supplies Officer, Dist Revenue Officer & Dist Panchayat Officers also? It would have been real show of strength if he had suspended them. IN any case since there is no semblance of any Law & Order OR any Governance/Administration, he wants to show there is at least CM who is (not) working.
