 Bar these practices

Need to bar the following practices:
1. Contesting from more than one constituency.
2. Contesting for Parliament after losing previous Assembly election.
3. Contest for RS, if ever contested for LS and lost.
4. More than one person from same family contesting same election.
5. Contesting election, when another family member had been elected in last 25 years.
