The Mumbai is not flourishing because of Maratha's or Shiva Sena, but because of global businesses like parsis, gujarati's, Punjabi etc.Only by floating population the economy grows. Like American dream, is not for local Red Indians, but for the outside intelligent and hard working - flating population. Ashraf. It is nothing unexpected. In cities, ppl are not aware why there was a need for a separate state. If u ask ur brothers, they will simply tell u why we need separate state. All these years it was good/ok. The prob is ppl like u don't invest time to understand why ppl demanded a separate state. Ask this question from a govt. employee, student (local/non-local), farmers point of view. Also in Hyd, lot of seemandhra ppl are registered. So obviously they will vote for TDP. Ur bros will vote for MIM.

Curry point - fast food joints - macdonalds, city bars etc will take a beating, if the floating population is less. Similarly, APSRTC will loose revenue and we will have to drive around in 3 wheelers, causing accidents, similarly, metro railway will run in loss, how long can govt. subsidise. Few years back between 2000 - 2004, Neighbouring Pune was planned as Automobile hub with the success of Indica car in W Maharastra, but now with the loss of market, all the infra structure of Pune city is under utilised and the investors are begging for debt rescheduling. In Telangana too, if the projects are conceived with lift irrigation, then power being costly, agriculture produce will not have renumarative prices, causing suisides by fellow ryots. So, don't think separation means millions of Govt. jobs, jobs will be as for the requirement of 10 districts.

U young fellows, don't have correct information, liquor is consumed in and around Hyderabad , RR dist, medak, and Nampally mandal of nalgonda consumes highest. The revenue from these areas is Rs 14,ooo / crores, and seemandhara contributes only 4,000 crores. The reasons are that the people here are sick of Gaddar Ballad singer's sad songs, with full of sadism, and always criticing Dora's of telangana, that fellow never worked - earned a living - but for the TDP - NTR's decision of abolishing patil - patawari system, the land records and revenue would never have regularised.
what was Banjara hills during 1975, Rs 5/ was the cost of each square yard, today the useless barren land is highest priced, and lot of encroachments happened, but still lot of land in and around Hyderabad, RR, medak is held by telangana landlords. So, please do not pass comments - but be competetive and enterprising - eg. how many from telangana or siddpet are willing to produce a movie, what is the use of blaming others - w/o estimating our own strength and weaknessness.

We have toddy party but after office hours. We dont work after 5 PM to do illegal work. We can finish our work by 5 because work before 5 unlike Andhras. They do anything but work before 5 but after 5 their real (illegal) work starts. Drinking Toddy culture is far better than Peddapuram,Mandapeta,KothapetaRavulapalem,Manepalli,Ambajipeta,Ramchandrapuram culture. Andhras do not know what is toddy but consumption of liquor has grown 10 times after Andhras came than what there were no Andhras. Alongwith came liquor syndicate, prostitution, drug maphia etc. That is the difference between toddy & other parties.difference

With due regards to KCR and TRS, it is inaveatable the state would have been divided, to avoid loot by criminals like jagan etc. NDA has already done during 1999 - 2004, this time it was AP, but Congress wanted to eat the cake and have it too, so they paid the price. IT industry runs on Knowledge and not on the Engineer's passed out of Fees reimbursement collages, to get a cut for party funds by late YSR. Only Merit will take people to higher levels, and not freebies. So TRS should should inculcate that culture, instead of feeling jealous about competent people immaterial of region they belong.
Sentments and emotions can win elections only once and NOT always.

Recently CBN said he will make Seemandhra another singapore just like he build Hyderabad. I am sure he will build one 10story building call it Cyborpore and calls the media to say that I built another Singapore in Seemandhra.
I agree that he did his bit attract companies to Hyderabad. But to claim he build Hyderabad and taking the whole credit for IT industry in AP is ridiculous.
Now central govt gives funds to build new capital city(they would give money no matter who is CM). But CBN will claim he build the new capital city. Seemandhra should thank KCR for getting money from center to build new city for getting lot of new facilities.
