Saina Nehwal (born-Haryana, settled-Hyderabad) is far far better than Sania Mirza (born-Mumbai, settled-Hyderabad) in terms of achievement and personality and deserves to be Telangana brand ambassador. Saina Nehwal is a very simple and down to earth personality where as sania mirza is exactly opposite.
Sania says she is an indian! does not she knows Paki is our enemy country?and when she has married a person from our enemy country she does not have any rights to represent our country and she cannot be any sort of ambassador
Keeping the religion apart, a brand ambassador needs to fit the role. And Sania has neither the telugu-ness, nor aware of the culture , an intermingling mix of telugu and urdu, she is to represent.

KCR craves for glamour. See earlier it was Vijaya Shanti, now Medak constituency Smita and Sania mirza, etc. he follows glamour.
