 Requirements to consider you are from Telangana

If you are considering yourself from Telangana, check the rules laid out by KCR.

Wish KCR would have mentioned this rule (people born in or before 1956 are residents of Telangana ) before spearheading agitation for separate state. Some of my friends would not have participated in agitation...

This all started because of KCR rule: people born in or before 1956 are residents of Telangana.
