Historical fact is: Communists have been the biggest criminal enterprise history of mankind has ever seen. Just count the number of people these Commies have killed in the name of so called revolution.

Communism is just like a relegion with their Gods(Lelin, Stalin, Castro etc.) and holy book (Das capital). The do revolution(Jehad) to kill class enemy(Burjua/Non-comunists). Communists killed lakhs of people and burried them in mass graves in Russia. Whole world remember Tianamen Square.
The paper has a life span. Hnece all these documents/records should be stored in electronic mode, which is safe., in these days of frequent fire in govt offices, easily reproducible in any form and save lot of floor are.
