they are antihindus and forced Hindus to vacate their own homes in Valley, they are lazy and ready to earn their bread, in fact they are a liability on Indian exchequer. they have created an atmosphere which is harming the interest of poor in Kashmir. They don't allow Kashmir to develop and industialise.
Shutting down of UN observer post was good decision by Mr. Modi government. As we has seen the Post was useless without reason expenses on Both. UN has no power to bring back POK in India or Stop infiltration of militant in to valley. So good decision atlast.
