Make Judiciary and Jurists accountable
by Praveen Goud on Jul 23, 2014 12:19 AM

Indian Judiciary is a BLACK HOME, at present. It needs drastic reforms in terms of quality, transparency and accountability.

Literates and lawyers with adequate phenomenon like you should make efforts in reforming it. Rather than feeding those corrupt jurists and judicial employees, it is better to feed those beggars on Social security or allowing them beg in front of religious shrines.

Stop feeding these incompetent dogs at the expense of ignorants on name of resolving disputes.

Blind faith on Judiciary is more dangerous
by Praveen Goud on Jul 23, 2014 12:12 AM

Blind faith on Judiciary is more dangerous than disbelieving it.

Live telecast the Jurists competence and the etiquette they borrowed from Colonisers through ignorance and enslavement rather than through Roles and Responsibilities.

show indicators for good governance.
by suresh kumar on Jul 22, 2014 10:40 PM

The report tabled by CAG that oil companies made 50000 crores undue profit, fleecing hapless indian citizens in connivance with ruling (and opposition also!) parties. Take quick action to retrieve the mony (the loot is still continuing!) and show it as a good indicator for good governance.. How long people will listen to the same old harping ' congress rule did all this'! Let the political will be evident.. walk your talk.

Mr.Prasad you can only and only shout but cant do anything. We know what you & how much you progressed during 1998-2004 tenure. You been the worst track record.
Now do something and stop blaming what previous government did. You have been elected to do something but not to repeat as per previous government.

by dipak mandal on Jul 22, 2014 05:54 PM  | Hide replies

To
The Hon’ble Central Law Minister,
Mr. Ravi sankar Prasad,
New Delhi

Sub: Misusing public money figuring above 300 CRORES , Deprivation of 1,00,000 common people and Administrative Inaction in land acquisition for widening of NH-34 from Barasat to Dhalkhola in West Bengal.

Sir,
With due respect and honour, I, Mr. Dipak Kumar Mandal, a resident of Bethuadahari, Dist. of Nadia, most humbly would like to draw your attention to huge administrative irregularities and gross corruption practiced and still going unchecked and extreme deprivation almost 1 lakh common people terribly affected in the whole project of in land acquisition for widening of in NH-34 from Barasat to Dhalkhola in West Bengal.

While being a survey engineer working in land acquisition department, Murshidabad Collectorate and Nadia Collectorate Office since 2009, I noticed huge administrative irregularities and gross corruption in the project of land acquisition for widening of NH-34 from Barasat to Dhalkhola in 2010. I took immediate step to inform the higher authority and all possible departments concerned. But all my efforts went in vein. I found no one from any of the higher offices to stand by me and no enquiry had been initiated at all. At one point of time, for the lake of the common people and to raise my voice against this malpractice and corruption, I had to tender my resignation letter to the Joint Secretary, Land and Land Reform Department, Writers’ Building, Kolkata dated on

Issue of LoP in LS - issue
by Ramanarao Kallepally on Jul 22, 2014 05:53 PM  | Hide replies

Smt. Sumitra Mahajan, Speaker of Lok Sabha should tell clearly in the Lok Sabha that there is no rule provides to give LoP status to Corrupt Congress (Print this message), because they have lacking number game of 44 only, it should be more than 54 or so. In this connection, Corrupt congress should not disturb the Lok Sabha proceedings every day. If they will not follow the rules, under the rules provided in the Parliament relating to Lok Sabha they should be suspended for a week or so, then only, it will be streamlined to smooth functioning of LS regularly. If Speaker of LS will permit at this stage (of 44 seats of CC_) tomorrow another party will claim in future that we are having less than 40 seats we should be given LoP status in LS. Strict rules should be followed in this regard by LS Speaker madam.
