The government should take objective decisions on shifting Khemka to centre and should not be swayed by the dictum 'enemy of the enemy is a potential friend'. As known from news reports, Khemka had 44 transfers in his 21 years of government service as an IAS officer. How many of these transfers were really ordered after Vadra controversy cropped up, must be seen carefully. To say that he had all these transfers only because he was an honest officer will be an over simplification of the problem. He might be an honest officer, as many are. He might also be a brilliant person as his academic records show, but it is quite possible that he might be a misfit and a non-performing asset as there are many in government. His 44 transfers in 21 years point towards such possibilities also which the government should not ignore before taking any decision.
Good job by the center government. Honest officers should be protected from the unfair state politics. Haryana government is a mafia which is cheating public and helping builders make crores. No one listens in government even if public complains with ample proofs of cheating.
To be honest is good, but to create hurdle and getting unfit in given environment is also the requirement of officers cadre Khemka belongs. His place is his home, not centre or govt. service, he is a sadistic performer, could not pull on with 42 bosses well, if comes to centre, neither will work nor permit others to work. Such officers are burden on govt. Govt. must have system to send back such negative thinking officers to their home.

Khemka has special love for Vadra and Gandhi's. So he is being given a chance to prove that love by scanning the great deeds of the Gandhi family in the central government records. Jailing will come later. First they should be publicly humiliated by announcing all their achievements in government. You will have a good time seeing them running from one court to other.
