Pramila Nesargi, former chairperson of the women's commission, needs to improve on her English skills. She, obviously, doesn't understand the use of the term "no brainer". She has used the term in the opposite context. But she can be forgiven. But why is Rediff giving it as the heading. Obviously, Rediff too doesn't understand the correct usage. Rediff needs a good copy writer!
The author misunderstands the cliche "no brainer". No brainer means something is obvious and therefore requires no brains to understand. Like getting polio vaccine is a no brainer to prevent polio attack.
