I really doubt it. Look at palestine, look at egypt, look at iraq, look at syria, look at lebanon, look at sudan, look at .....
It is their upbringing. It is their indoctrination. It is what they have been taught. It is their culture. Otherwise how can you explain that teerrorism and they always exist at the place at the same time.

indian police is one of the worst in the world. they haven't changed much since the British raj. In some sense they have become worse.
This police is not designed to help the nation of India. This force is designed to beat up on the average citizen and cater to "sahibs". Before it was gora sahibs and now it is kala sahibs.
I am ashamed to say but the fact is that the brits had more class and a kinder heart than these public-looting sick_u_liar traitors.
If you really want to help people and clean up this mess, request for RSS to be brought in.
