What can be expected from the Congress - NCP only kick backs, and w/o veryfing the quality, lauched metro in Mumbai, as the elections are in Oct'2014, and want to be back in saddle even after 15 years of misrule and corruption.
In Mumbai 64 % of the people commute by locals and now metro too, the Govt. should have gone for quality instead of only low quotation, may for reasons of kick backs.
Hope the mumbaikers will come out in full strength during Oct to throw this congress - NCP into Arabian sea, and kick out the NCP pawars to Baramathi, but the Shiv Sainaik's should not spoil the broth unlike MNS was in the earlier elections.
If the metro is own lowest quotation that it is not surprise to have rains in side the train.It is the responsibility of the state govt to check the quality of the material being used particularly for metro which is meant for general public.

you need to work on some basics dude .In Delhi also its chienese BOGIES for metros and not german and its not done by B.J.P ...alteast start reading news paper on daily basis and gather some knowledge .
