Court has seen only the tip of the iceberg like Titanic. let SC put an end of this collosal waste and order the new government in 2014 to reevaluate the scheme and stop it. The venal Khangriss deliberately kept the idiot-masses poor, backward and ignorant so they will be always totally dependent on govt handouts for their very existence...NREGA is just another of their blatant bribery scams intended to create a captive vote-bank and keep them voting for a piece of roti.
MNREGA is structured an aid to political handout/gift to the supporters, just like cooperative loan waivers, recruitment drive to garner support for the parties! u call it bungling but it is the designed process!
