This statement by Mr Bharati is an admission that the procedure he adopted for raid(without warrant) was not right. As a law minister(and also a lawyer before that) he should know the procedure of a raid requires a warrant from magistrate at the minimum. Admitting his ignorance of such basic law renders him ineligible for not just law ministry but also a law degree. He has already surrendered his bar membership for another case and he should now surrender his ministry as well. He should also be prosecuted in court for breaking the law as he was informed by the police that his raid(he earlier asked police to do it) was illegal without warrant.
The nautanki party only needs media & social networking sites attention. More that scores have died in Delhi due to cold after its coming to power. Poor are getting no benefits from 666 ltrs of freee water, subsidies electricity. Even it takes no time for moral policing against women. Its never tolerate discussions against own. Its totally a item and nautanki party. It will be like Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt soon.
Dear sir, mistakes one after another:- Giving reprehensible remarks about Sh. Arun Jetily, which should not be allowed in a civilised society. Giving shameful remarks about women. Asking the reporter how much money NAMO has given for asking a particular question. All these are mistakes or someting else -------

rightly said. Being a law minister if he says he does not know the simple procedures he should quit his office, learn and take the office not with mere mob support.
Our heads are down in front of other nations because of this. Learn AND of administration first before talking about ppl like NAMO. Sham@ on you.......

He is assuming himself to be a lawyer with some fake degree he purchased from a street vendor in karol bagh. Delhi needs someone more than this ignorant guy for far more complex issues.

With aam admi support who do not know law much, he became law minister and when governance comes blundering will put him in to trouble but when you do not know and if you a person with honest and decency you will not get it in to so many contaversies. Intentions and understanding the people around him is bad. Such people will fall in to their trap
Who is winning or losing Lok sabha election is matter of few months. But each one in the race is doing their best to tarnish the image of mother land. Neighboring countries might be watching very closely and laughing loudly.

AAP leaders are also very smart, first they release video's in public domain to gain sympathy from public because they are aware of the fact that these video's are not going to stand in courts & now apology drama that i wasn't aware of the procedure which a common person knows that going to some bodies place in the midnight & asking womens to give urine samples is wrong & now lame excuse i wasn't aware of procedure.
