Voting For Modi is Like accepting what Hitler did with Jews
by Sagar Raghavan on Jan 26, 2014 02:08 PM  | Hide replies

What congress didto this country is also wrong..Many situations have come in India that defined our country as a shame,,,like Merut riots, Riots in Gujarat....Blue star... But nothing defines the riots of Gujarat when Modi ruled.. He let the situation become like world war two where Hitler as a leader let the Jews of the country be sent to the killing fields.. Similarly when NAmo had the opportunity to stop he let it continue..As a leader he is supposed tostop wrong and let there be balanceof power and not shiftit threough terror and hatred.. Like hitler Modi built empire on dead people bodies.. So if Modi is right then Hitler was also right.... If Modi is right, then the people of the state who died had actually not dead. They are false numbers....Modi is a great administrator so was Hitler...Hiltler could inspire.. So can Modi... So does that mean that I should accept what Hitler did was right...So i should support Modi.... Hail Hitler..... Hail MODI.......

Calm down people, this just an opinion poll. This poll is taken to influence people votes. This may be deliberately engineered by unscrupulous pollsters in order to generate a certain result or please their clients. Also read that the polls conducted among 64,006 respondents only. Imagine this...if you get a survey call from you mobile operator to survey their service what would you do. I would certainly answer yes or No without thinking just to get rid of them quickly as they don't serve any purpose of my real issues. It doesn't matter who wins because one corrupt government is going to be replaced by another corrupt government. The real issue remains,
how to remove corruption? and
how to empower common man?
"Empower the common man not any ruling party"
Is this opinion poll legal and unbiased?
Shouldn't these polls not be released before 48 hrs of the elections?

Each and every indian should rise up to this occasion and vote for a strong and stable govt. Please don't waste your vote on FantaDal, TilimilKhangress,MutriKhanzagam, etc. Equally beware that the jihadis will try to sabotage nationalist parties.

We want congress free India. But I hope AAP should also do better. Namo as pm and kejriwal as opposition leader .that will be good for India . All other parties should be defeated by huge margins.

u r right. but aap rise implies cong b team coming back door to rule like in delhi. so aap getting support from corrupt cong whom they defeated is the biggest blunder of aap.

Beware!Opinion polls are actually a device for influencing people
by Clint Reynolds on Jan 26, 2014 09:09 AM

An opinion poll,is a survey of public opinion. Opinion polls are usually designed to represent the opinions of a population by conducting a series of questions and then extrapolating generalities in ratio or within confidence intervals.
Since some people do not answer calls from strangers, or refuse to answer the poll, poll samples may not be representative samples from a population due to a non-response bias. Because of this selection bias, the characteristics of those who agree to be interviewed may be markedly different from those who decline.
Survey results may be affected by response bias, where the answers given by respondents do not reflect their true beliefs. This may be deliberately engineered by unscrupulous pollsters in order to generate a certain result or please their clients, but more often is a result of the detailed wording or ordering of questions. Respondents may deliberately try to manipulate the outcome of a poll by e.g. advocating a more extreme position than they actually hold in order to boost their side of the argument or give rapid and ill-considered answers in order to hasten the end of their questioning.
By providing information about voting intentions, opinion polls can sometimes influence the behavior of electors, "Opinion polls are actually a device for influencing public opinion".Some jurisdictions overthe world restrict the publication of the results of opinion polls in to prevent the possibly erroneous results from affecting voters'
