by Shyam Galgali on Jan 16, 2014 01:01 PM

WHAT OTHER ACCUSED HAVE DONE-WHY ARE THEY MADE TO FACE CONSEQUENCES WHEN THE MAIN HEAD IS LEFT FREE. ON THE CONTRARY THE STATE HEAD SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LAPSE THAN THE BUREAUCRATS WHO OBEY THEIR MASTER'S ORAL ORDERS. OF COURSE NOTHING WILL COME OUT AND THIS MATTER WILL BE HUSHED UP MAKING THIRD PARTIES BAKRA.. kyon ki... MERA BHARAT MAHAN -

Way to go CONgress....

Interesting. Now CBI wants to drop name of Ashok Chavan as accused in Adarsh case because the Governor refused permission to investigate him. Does that mean investigations and evidences have no meaning and a political party Governor's political decision to save his own Party's men now amount to evidence of innocence on it's own? How can this denial be unappealable? Are our laws so fickle and brittle and so compromised now? How can anyone deny permission to law agencies investigating a case and how can this blatant abuse of power of denial be the basis of an accused's innocence?
